After having to miss what would have been my first trip to Taiwan ( reasons here), I finally made it here in my first ever solo backpacking trip on my own. This trip was in 2014. Taiwan was the last leg of a trip that started in Hong Kong and Macau.

I took the trek up to Elephant mountain via some inner city streets instead of the better known main entrance but there were already a bunch of fellow photographers and visitors chilling at the viewing spots. To get a better shot, I had to trek further up the mountain.
